User621 Posts: 1 Member Since: 07/22/01	posted July 22, 2001 2:12 PM I too have been experiencing customers not being able to open the ftp logon dialog box in ME, particularly with IE 5.5. They can ftp via their MS DOS emulator. What sort of Network configuration parameters relate to this issue? Any info,or direction toward it,would be appreciated. I need to know some more specific information, such as the environment the app was written in, the exact behavior of the app, etc. Have you tried getting the latest FTP Tool updates at http://www.dart.com/downloads/update.exe ?
