posted January 15, 2023 11:55 PM Hi Friends, Long story short I am helping my MIL transfer some programs that she uses for work. Problem 1 - Its an older software and the person who used to run the "company" passed away. The software is called STEX portfolio, and chart (v9) for those playing at home. Hence no support from that end. Problem 2 - When running a process of collecting data, a window pops up - WebComm "User not identified/log on error" Its in this phase that a TCP window pops up stating Isometric Software has a royalty-free license to use POWERTCP in their products. Please direct all technical support issues to their attention. Which obviously doesn't work due to problem 1. What can be done here? the software still functions on the older laptop, and I booted it onto the new laptop via a CD (I know). Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

posted January 16, 2023 2:20 PM Thank you for your post. Unfortunately we cannot assist with this issue. Dart's products are used by other software developers to create applications that they then sell or distribute. The issue you are experiencing can only be resolved by the manufacturer of STEX. If you would like more information on why this is the case, please feel free to email sales@dart.com, referencing this post. Best, Jamie |
