posted December 4, 2019 2:13 AM We are using .NET UI Application that displays in desktop mode as well as terminal mode. We are facing issue with few characters especially ý which is being interpreted badly as "ÿÿ". Please let us know how to resolve it. |

posted December 19, 2019 12:31 PM Jamie, Mahesh works with me. We do have a license. The problem is a single character, ý (y acute). In the ISO-8859-1 character set it a single byte, with a hex value of 0xFD. However the terminal displays this as ÿ, which is 0xFF in ISO-8859-1. It also fails the same way for the 1250 code page. It displays incorrectly as ÿ, even though this character is not even in the 1250 character set. |
