posted May 22, 2019 9:34 AM Hi, I currently build an application using Dart.Mail.dll on my laptop and everything is OK. We are migrating our projects to Azure DevOps Repos and we use the Pipelines in order to build our application, run the automated tests and prepare deployments. I wonder how to install the developer license on Azure DevOps? If it is not possible, could I build a nuget on my laptop having the license and link it to the project? |

posted May 22, 2019 4:58 PM Thank you for your post. Unfortunatley, installing a license on Azure DevOps isn't possible, as a new OS instance is used every time (and the license installation is tied to the instance). It is possible to reference our .NET Standard dlls, and specify the license utilizing them, as described in our help documentation: http://dotnet.dart.com/help/ptmlnet/webframe.html#Licensing%20and%20Trial%20Operation.html If that is not an option, an EDL (extended distribution license) is required. If you would like information on an Extended Distribution License please let me know and I will email you offline. All the best, Jamie |

posted January 29, 2021 2:56 PM Hello Jamie, we recently purchased EDL license based on your reply for using dart in Azure Dev Ops pipelines. The instructions we received said re-register the dlls with new key. After re-registering I package dlls into a nuget package to use it on Azure DevOps pipelines. The build is stuck at CompileLicxFiles target. Any help is appreciated on how to use the dlls with new license on dev ops pipeline. Thank you. |
