posted August 2, 2018 3:51 PM When checking any hotmail address using PowerTCP the following output gets generated: The validation of cisberner@hotmail.com proceeded to the SmtpRecipient level. The following exception occurred: Dart.PowerTCP.EmailValidation.ValidationException: Validation to the SmtpRecipient level failed. ---> System.Exception: Bad response received from server: 550 5.7.1 Client host [87.132.129.173] blocked using Spamhaus. To request removal from this list see http://www.spamhaus.org/lookup.lasso (S3130). [HE1EUR01FT036.eop-EUR01.prod.protection.outlook.com] at Dart.PowerTCP.EmailValidation.SmtpTester.a(String A_0) at Dart.PowerTCP.EmailValidation.SmtpTester.b(String A_0) at Dart.PowerTCP.EmailValidation.g.a(ValidationState A_0, ProgressEventHandler A_1, Boolean A_2) --- End of inner exception stack trace --- is there a way to configure PowerTCP to ignore Spamhaus warnings? posted August 3, 2018 5:35 PM Hello, If this applies for all accounts on the domain, you can add it to the blacklist. You could catch and ignore such exceptions by whatever criteria you choose. ------ |
