Topic: Product registered but says "does not have a licenses installed"

Reinstalling to build a legacy project on new machine. Have PowerTCP installed and registered on my machine. Project does build on another machine. When brought into the new machine's Visual Studio the same exact project gets the following:
Exception occurred creating type 'Dart.PowerTCP.Mail.Smtp, Dart.PowerTCP.Mail, Version=184.108.40.206, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=5966291b8955e4bb' System.ComponentModel.LicenseException: PowerTCP Mail for .NET does not have a license installed. Please register your license by running the Registration utility found in the PowerTCP Program Menu Group.
Line from licenses.txt:
Dart.PowerTCP.Mail.Smtp, Dart.PowerTCP.Mail, Version=220.127.116.11, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=5966291b8955e4bb

Thank you for your continued use of Dart's product. Please reinstall the product and run As Administrator, from the right click menu. Re-register and recompile. This should clear the error.
If you continue to experience problems, please contact email@example.com for additional assistance. The version you have is quite dated and no longer supported. Purchase of a support Subscription or an upgrade may be required.
