Hi,

Created a simple web api. Added the couple lines in my project.

      Dart.PowerTCP.Ftp.Ftp oFtp = new Dart.PowerTCP.Ftp.Ftp();
      Dart.Sockets.Tcp oTCP = new Dart.Sockets.Tcp();

I don't have issue stepping through the first line but getting an error on the second line (Dart.Sockets.Tcp).

Error Message:
The developer license found in 'WebApplication1.DLL' is not an Extended Developer License, which is required to distribute PowerTCP Sockets for .NET 4.3 with party application.

I have licenses.licx under my project.

Licenses.licx
Dart.PowerTCP.Ftp.Ftp, Dart.PowerTCP.Ftp
Dart.Sockets.Tcp, Dart.Sockets

Just wondering what am I missing? Using VS 2015, .NET framework 4.6.
