Hello,

Since last week I get this message "A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond"

Before it was working well for months.
Gmail did some changes?

I even tried with different gmail accounts, the problem stays. Si it seems it is not linked to a specific gmail account, but it's a general issue

Thank you for your post. This appears to be a general problem with secure settings on Gmail accounts. You must 'Allow less secure apps' in your google account options (which is off by default), to clear this message.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately this solution I tried already.

Also, when this would be the reason, I would receive an error message concerning the wrong password. Now I receive an error timed out..

I also tried with other gmail accounts and I have the same problem.
