Hi,

We have two .Net 2.0 applications talking to each other using Dart PowerTCP Sockets 4.4 and the security set use TLS. I assume the applications will use TLS version 1.0 as we are using .Net 2.0

And I understands TLS 1.0 can support many encryption algorithms (e.g.: DSS, RSA, etc ) and encryption levels (e.g.: 128, 256, etc.)

Is it possible to configure TLS 1.0 to use a specific algorithm and a level of encryption please?

Thanks.

Thank you for your post. Specifying the cipher algorithm and strength is not currently possible for our component, as such configuration options are not available on the .NET classes we utilize. I have entered this feature request for possible inclusion in a future release. The feature request reference number is TFS665.

If your need for this feature is immediate please email me at jamie.powell@dart.com for a custom quote.
