posted December 12, 2000 11:56 AM I am trying to write a link-validation tool for my site using WEB-tool(http control) and it works fine to validate http links. But how do I validate a FTP link? I just want to make sure if the FTP link I got works or not. For example a FTP link like:ftp://ftp.netscape.com/ How can i validate if that works or not? Can I use the WEB-tool or do I need to use the FTP tool or TCP tools? /Andy |
