Morning - I'm looking at the PowerTCP for .NET sample and in testing I see very high cpu usage on my desktop PC.

I'm telnetting to an OpenVMS system and performing a simple DIR of a folder I see big spikes hitting 30-40% cpu. Also I notice the overall speed of the DIR is poor (when comparing to a PUtty session which has very little impact on CPU and the same DIR is completed in a quarter of the time).

Rolling this code out to a Terminal Server environment with many users wouldnt be an option.

Is this something others have noticed and hopefully is a simple change in the sample app?

Many Thanks in advance.
