posted August 19, 2014 10:14 AM After obtaining the list of files to be processed we loop through the list and execute a retrieve for each file in turn. Once completed we then delete the successfully retrieved files. At random times we have come across files were the retrieved data contains 2, 3 , and sometimes 4 copies of the input file. Has anyone come across this and found a resolution. We are using the latest version of the software which we purchased earlier this year (about 2 or 3 months ago). Thanks in advance. Pete Charles |
