Hi, we recently virtualized a server that was running powerTCP Mail for .Net. This broke the license, but when we opened the program it allowed us to re-enter the serial number and all is well now. My question is, what constitutes a "move"? Is it the MAC address and/or IP address? My concern is that it said something along the lines that we were allowed a one-time move, but we need to move this vm to a different subnet in the near future and I need to know if simply changing the IP address will break it again? Thanks!

Hello,

The license is tied to the machine's hardware. It will not break if the IP address changes.
