posted October 19, 2011 12:30 PM I have added IMAP and SMTP controls to forms in a Microsoft Access 2003 database. WHen the database is run on the development machine (where the license is installed), there are no problems. WHen the database is moved to a production machine, if a form is put into design view that has the IMAP or SMTP controls on it, it complains that there is no license. The forms seem to work otherwise when running. Is this what should be seen? |

posted October 19, 2011 4:01 PM Hello, If you are referencing the control, instead of placing it on a form, then you need to place the license registry key on any machine using the mdb. If you placed the control on the form before your machine was licensed, then this is the expected behavior. Please read the 'Microsoft Access' topic under 'Development Environment Information' in the help documentation for resolution steps and more information. ------ |
