We are using 5 dart dlls : DartMail, util, objects, snmp and sock.
We register them with the following command:
regsvr32 <DLL path>\dart*.dll

While our application is unistalling, we unregister them with this command:
regsvr32 /u <DLL path>\dart*.dll

All these DLLs are well-unregistered BUT DartSock
Why ?

Note : DartSock version is 2.0.41.0 (date:10/04/00)

I'm not really sure. Maybe it's still in use?
You may want to check with Microsoft, since they probably wrote regsvr32.

I have done few tests ...

1- DartSock in not in use and it is no more "unregisterable" with regsvr32 /u ...

2- I can not find an regsvr32 update neither on microsoft site nor on nsdn one.

More suggestions would be more than welcome !!
Thanks in advance

How are determining that it is unregistered?

Here's what I just did:

1) I typed regsvr32 /u c:\winnt\system32\dartsock.dll from the command prompt

2) This gave me a message that it succeeded

3) I looke in VB and Dart TCP, UDP and Daemon control was no longer listed.
