posted May 9, 2011 8:57 AM Hi Support Team, we have an error with the licenses.licx file under windows 7 x64 and .net 2005. If we add the license file with the neccessary information of dart "Dart.PowerTCP.Zip.Archive, Dart.PowerTCP.Zip" we receive an error during compiling the project "LC.exe stops with code -1". Any idea how to solve that problem? I think the problem is related to windows 7 x64 and the x86 Version of dart... Thanks for your support. Boris |

posted May 9, 2011 12:59 PM Hello, Can you copy here the contents of your licenses.licx file, and the path to our dll from your references list? Does running Visual Studio 'As Administrator' from the right-click context menu help? If they don't contain your references (or any essential files), does deleting the bin and obj folders before rebuilding help? ------ |

posted May 10, 2011 12:47 PM Is LocalCopy for the control reference set to true? If not, set to true. What type of project are you creating? Have you been able to use the control in other projects? Are you able to compile any of our included samples? What version of the control are you using? If it is not 2.1.0.2, do you have the same issue with the current trial version of the control? http://www.dart.com/ptzpnet.aspx Did you run the installation package 'As Administrator' from the right-click context menu? If not, please uninstall, and reinstall 'As Administrator'. Did you run the registration utility 'As Administrator' as well? If none of that resolves your issue, please run lc.exe with the verbose switch, and provide us with the log. Please see here for running lc.exe from the command line: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ha0k3c9f.aspx You can see what to fill the arguments in with in the Output log when building your application in VS2005. ------ |
