Hi,

We have a web application that is using the file upload control. The user is able to successfully upload a file once, but when they go to hit the "Browse" button a second time nothing shows up but a horizontal scroll bar.

We tried changing the upload type (to Iframe from Flash) but that did not solve the problem. The user is using IE8.

Hi,
This is a new one to me.
Is it just the one client seeing the problem, or are you able to reproduce it?

Does this happen with version 1.3.2.1 (the latest)?

Do you know if there is anything that could be considered unusual about the client machine?

Can you provide a page that will demo the problem?
If so, please send in a zipped file to support@dart.com.

Thanks,

This problem is only occurring for one client, and we have not been able to reproduce it on our side. I'm not sure how helpful this will be but I'll send in a screenshot of what the client is experiencing.

We have version 1.3.1.0.

I'm not aware of anything unusual with the client machine. Are there any specifics that we should check for?

Hi,
Unfortunately, I'm not sure what to look for, so I suggest running some tests, if possible.

Does it happen with the latest version of File Upload?
What version of IE8?
Does it happen on this machine with Firefox?
Does it also happen when running the sample applications?
