As part of a security review I need to know whether or not the 256-bit AES encryption implementation is FIPS-compliant? Also, is this compliancy dependant upon the security policy setting "System cryptography: Use FIPS compliant algorithms for encryption, hashing, and signing"?
Thanks in advance.

PowerTCP Zip Compression for .NET has not been tested for FIPS compliance. Thank you.
