We just bought a single license, but will need to add 2 more. It looks like the install is fixed to go into the specific user under documents and settings.

Our development team uses Visual Source Safe to check projects in and out, with all of us having the same directory paths on each of our machines. It looks like we will have problems with Dart as, if I add the reference on my machine and then check the project into VSS, then another developer checks it out, it won't compile because the path the the DLL is different.

Will this be an issue, and is there a way around it?

No it is not an issue because the dll location is recorded in a registry entry that is then checked by Visual Studio. So even though the dlls are in two different physical paths on the separate machines they will still be found by visual studio when the project is loaded on a different machine.
