posted March 14, 2009 2:14 AM I have been tring for days to get this running. Any help would be very nice...I have just purchased my copy so it should be current. I have also tried to convert a live page of my own with the same results. Not DNN site... 1)Created folder Sampleuploads 2)Made Folder Application 3)Added <appSettings> tag value="Scripts" 4)Ran in Debug locally just fine (Samples from you) 5)uploaded contents to #2 above as root 6)Navigate to //site.com/Sampleupload/Default.aspx (Page loads correctly) 7)Click on Sample 1 get following error Server Error in '/SampleFileUpload' Application. The resource cannot be found. Description: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly. Requested URL: /SampleFileUpload/scripts/placeholderpage.aspx Version Information: Microsoft .NET Framework Version:2.0.50727.1434; ASP.NET Version:2.0.50727.1434 --------------------------------- If I take out the <appSettings> tags I get this error... (Pop up windows error) Error! PowerWeb Script Library is missing or improperly initialized. Possible causes for this are incorrect web.config settings, or missing script resources. posted March 14, 2009 2:29 AM Never mind. I got it running. I didn't know my host company had got IIS7 installed. I change my web.config file to the settings in a near by message on trouble shooting and that fixed it. Thanks |
