posted June 1, 2008 7:45 AM I am unable to use Dart PowerTCP FTP for .NET to connect to the server that I can successfully connect to using the CoreFTP client. The exception thrown by Dart is: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond what this mean? |

posted June 5, 2008 3:19 PM This means that a timeout of some sort has occured or that the server sent back a response that is non-standard and the FTP control didn't parse it correctly because of this. It would be extremely helpful if you could use the trace form included with the installation kit to provide a trace of the communications. By the way what is the FTP Server your having this issue with? |
