whenever we have this string in a url... that's sent to your webserver....

%c3%a9

it get's translated from what it should be (é) into this (é)... when looking at the Request.Variables collection.

Hi,
Why do you believe it is incorrect?
It looks correct to me.
For é I would expect "%e9".
