Hi,
I'm trying to troubleshoot a problem. Using 2.8.2.0 with our client software, we have intermittent problems completing the three way tcp handshake with a server. We see the client send the SYN, the server send a SYN/ACK back as expected, but for some reason either the client never responds with an ACK, or it just sends an RST back to the server that it originally tried to connect to... This mostly happens over vpn connections, but we have seen it on some clients LAN connections. This is easily reproducible and I have multiple wireshark packet captures to help troubleshoot.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
j

Hi Jamie,

I would suggest you to please check if installing the latest version (2.8.5) resolves this issue.
You may install a trial of the latest version from following location:
http://dart.com/ptwsk_trial.aspx

If the issue still persists, then please send us a small client/server sample so that we can check this issue further at our end. You may send the required information to support@dart.com with subject as “Forum Topic 7772”.

Regards,
Amit
