I've got an application that is using PowerWeb Live Controls version 1.6.0. The application works fine under WinXp SP2 with IIS 5 but under Vista with IIS 7 I always get this error:

Error! LiveControls script not found.
The Web.Config file for this application is not properly configured

Are there some modifications required in the Web.Config when moving from WinXP to Vista and from IIS 5 to IIS 7? Do I need to compile my software under Vista? My development environment is based on VS2005 running under WinXp SP2.

Hi,
No and No.
I just tried this and it worked ok:

1) X-copied my app from my IIS5 machine to my IIS7 machine

2) Set it as an Application in IIS7

Hope it helps,
