posted December 4, 2007 1:33 PM I am using the licensed version of DART software (RAS module) for building a part of my software in VB.net. When I build the software and install it on other client machine, I get an error saying "Class not registered [Exception from HRESULT : 0x80040154. (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG). Can you tell me, why I am getting this error. I am using the licensed copy of DART software. Best regards, LogicFort Softwares AAA TruckWash. |

posted December 4, 2007 4:19 PM Hello, With regards to the query I would request you to please check for the following and share your observations: 1.You are transferring the dll for the control (DartRas.dll) and its dependency files (DartSock.dll) for the control along with the interop dlls (AxInterop.DartRas.dll, Interop.DartRas.dll) being created by the application. 2.The dll for the control (DartRas.dll) and its dependency files (DartSock.dll) are being registered on the client machine. You may use the regsvr 32 utility to register the files. I hope this helps. Have a great day. Regards, Arjun |
