What are some of the reasons this would come up in different instances? Could there be a different DLL from another program that uses your product? If so, how could I stop that from happening? |

posted September 17, 2007 12:01 PM Amit, I believe that it could save you time and other developers experiencing similar problems if you would include your email answer within this forum. I have a licensing issue as well, but only on a single machine. All other machines where the package is install are not having the same problem. Mike... |

posted September 18, 2007 12:09 PM Hello Mike, The following is the response sent for the above query: ------------------------------------------------- It could be an issue where a trial version of the control is installed earlier. If that is the case then please your clients to search for the DLL's (which you are distributing) in C:\windows\system32 folder. Please advice your clients to delete these DLL's and then installs your application again on this machine. Please make sure that the DLLs which you are distributing are COM register on this machine. If you are using any install package then this will be done automatically. ------------------------------------------------- You may also try the same steps and in case the problem persists, please send an email to support@dart.com with the details. Have a great day. Regards, Arjun |
