posted June 23, 2007 12:12 AM I have transferred my PowerTCP Sockets for .NET license to my new laptop, running Vista and Visual Studio 2005 SP1. I also copied my entire project which includes the use of this component. Although I've transferred the license and all seems well in the PowerTCP Registration form, I can no longer rebuild my project. I get the standard exception "This product is not registered...". I've tried all the usual things of removing and re-adding the reference, checked the licenses.lcx file, etc. Nothing works. Please advise urgently as I need to be able to develop this project on my laptop. |

posted January 17, 2011 1:47 PM Controls below version 4.0 may require running the license registration utility 'As Administrator' from the right-click context menu on Win7/Vista/Server 2008 machines in order to license it correctly. For more information, look here: http://www.dart.com/vista.aspx |
