posted February 13, 2007 10:35 AM I'm using PowerWeb LiveControls version 1.6 I have the need to display at runtime a live panel with a GroupingText that is assigned run time. I add a LivePanel at design time with GroupingText empty and Visible property set to false; then at runtime I fill the GroupingText and set the Visible property to true but the panel is not displayed correctly: components inside the panel are displayed properly but the GroupingText is not visible as well as the panel border. If the web page is refreshed then visualization is ok and after this operation any further change in Visible property will dislpay/hide the panel correctly: the problem is related just to the first time. Panel border is displayed correctly also the first time if I assign a string to GroupingText at design time, but then I cannot change that string at run time; the design time string is always shown if the page is not refreshed. |

posted February 15, 2007 9:45 AM Hi sandro, Unfortunately, modifying GroupingText (a 2.0-specific construct) is not yet supported in a LiveControls' callback. I have reported this to development as issue #4249. For updates on the status of this issue, please contact David Harry (sales@dart.com). Thanks, -ken |
