Hi,

When I try to open the compressed PNG images on Windows 2003 server (service Pack 1) Zoom for ASP.net application throws an error
"Could not find file "c:\windows\system32\inetsrv\test.png".

Let us know if there is any fix.

There should be no issue using a PNG file as a source image. The error being thrown would indicate that the source file either does not exist or the web application does not have permission to open it.

You should check the permissions on the source file to ensure that the application's identity has read permissions on the file path. This identity is either (MachineName)\ASPNET or Network Service.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

Files exists in the path and Machine/ASP & Network Service permissions are already given but still the problem exists, When I tested with some sample uncompressed PNG files it works fine.
Application is not able to open the compressed images only on windows 2003 server, when i test the same on windows XP it works fine

Please let me know if there are any addtional settings need to be done.

Could you send a copy of the image you are testing with? Please ZIP it up and email it to support@dart.com referencing the forum topic #7267. We'll try to reproduce the issue.
