To address this exception, modify your web.config to use client-side viewstate caching, or to extend the server cache timeout value. I can this error anytime I do anything with the control. It loads okay, but any kinda of zooming OR function on the datagrids on the same page. I'd done what it says in the help FAQ, but its not fixing my problem. Ideas?

If possible try the same test on multiple machines using multiple browsers. Does it always fail, or are there a reproducable set of circumstances.
