I have a pem certificate with an RSA private key which I converted to p12, loaded into Windows, and your simple SSL Client worked fine. I have a problem with another pem certificate, however, that contains only a certificate, no private key. What do I have to do with the power TCP component to get that one to work? Thanks.

Hi Dennis,

Before we begin, are you using a trial version of the product, and if not, which licensed version of the product do you have running?

I have not been able to create a PEM Certificate without a Private Key. If you can guide me, how to create one. I will be glad to look further into this.

Regards,
Raj

I am still using a trial version of the program. I'll email you the pem certificate supplied by the server.

Thanks for the Certificate.
Private Key is needed by our components to use the Certificates.
So unfortunately, the PEM Certificates without a Private Key will not work with SSL Tools.

Thanks,
Raj
