posted August 6, 2006 12:47 PM I have a pem certificate with an RSA private key which I converted to p12, loaded into Windows, and your simple SSL Client worked fine. I have a problem with another pem certificate, however, that contains only a certificate, no private key. What do I have to do with the power TCP component to get that one to work? Thanks. |

posted August 7, 2006 4:11 PM Hi Dennis, Before we begin, are you using a trial version of the product, and if not, which licensed version of the product do you have running? I have not been able to create a PEM Certificate without a Private Key. If you can guide me, how to create one. I will be glad to look further into this. Regards, Raj |

posted August 7, 2006 7:29 PM I am still using a trial version of the program. I'll email you the pem certificate supplied by the server. |

posted August 8, 2006 10:35 AM Thanks for the Certificate. Private Key is needed by our components to use the Certificates. So unfortunately, the PEM Certificates without a Private Key will not work with SSL Tools. Thanks, Raj |
