posted July 26, 2006 12:02 AM I'm using the TelnetClient demo in the C# Samples directory, and I see square characters at the end of lines. But if I use the Windows telnet.exe I don't see these. Is there some option to read enf of lines differently? I tried to paste an example in the text box but it just treats the squars as extra carriage returns instead. Any ideas? greg |

posted July 26, 2006 12:04 PM It sounds like you server is sending bare CR's or LF's instead of a full CRLF. What type of Telnet server is it? Have you tried using different values for TerminalType? |
