We are using the Control POP for downloading e-mail attached files to a
directory.
Frequently this files are downloaded corrupted, so if a original size
file on the server was 10kb after it's downloaded it will be a maybe 8kb
or 6kb.
When we download the files from Outlook Express we don't have that lost,
so we confirmed that the problem is on the Control POP.

Any Idea???

If you can send messages that cause the problem, send one to bad@dart.com and then post here telling me that you sent it.

Otherwise, write in to support (support@dart.com) privately so that we can get started with the proper debug logs.

We'd have to see a copy of the message before it was loaded by us. If this happens again, and you can get the same message using Outlook Express, then save the message as an "eml" file then zip it up and send it to support@dart.com

I need the message not document. You are reporting that we corrupt attachments in certain messages so I need to see the actual message.

When you are in OE, save the message as an eml file, then zip up the eml and send that.

Also, when you reply, make sure supply the info that Dave asked for.

There was nothing attached. It was just a one line message stating what company you were with.
