I am currently experiencing a weird problem with the Webserver. I have a shopping cart-like application that works ok within my development network. I also deployed it to a client and it works well within their network.
However, there is this other client that kept having problems with it.

1. When they use the nodename to access the service, it does not keep the session information. But when they use the IP address it keeps the session info.

2. This one is the big issue. When more than one person logs on to the shopping cart with their userid & password, they will all start seeing the information of the first guy that logged in as if they logged on using his userid & password!

This same application without a single code modified works perfectly well at three sites.

I know it has to be the network/dns, but what can I look out for or correct within the network?

It's really hard for me to diagnose a problem like this without actually seeing the problem occur. I would suspect that you are updating the session information in a place where weren't originally planning on it being updated.

If you are not able to resolve this, then the best I can tell you is to contact support@dart.com via email to discuss more advanced support options.
