posted June 12, 2006 4:38 AM Well, now that you provide a default Mib database in PowerSNMP library, y got some other questions. I am using the MibTreeView example to load mibs and see how the OID tree is being completed after loading new mibs. Its works very fine!! But I have some questions: -I loaded the RFC-1212 mib and it loades succesfully, and I dont know how because I see this IMPORTS section inside the mib: IMPORTS ObjectName FROM RFC1155-SMI DisplayString FROM RFC1158-MIB; As we can see, this mib uses two other mibs, and RFC1158-MIB is included in the library by default (according to the list you provide). Can you explain this matter to me? Its an important matter for our next development, of course we are considering to purchase PowerSNMP but we need to solve these questions before. Thanks a lot!! |
