posted April 18, 2006 4:51 PM I have a tester who is unable to get the live controls to call back. Is there a port that needs to be open on our firewall to allow the call back or is it just done over port 80? |

posted April 18, 2006 5:53 PM Hi, No, whatever port the web server is open on is the port that is used (standard is 80 and 443). Perhaps the browser has javascript disabled? -ken |
