posted September 16, 2005 8:45 AM What is a "listting port?" Also, please make sure you are posting in the correct forum. This is for the PowerVT terminal emulator application, not one of our PowerTCP components. What is the exact name of the product that you own? |

posted September 16, 2005 9:09 AM I have downloaded PowerVT for XP for 30 day Trial. I am using KEA! 340 now to connect up to my Open VMS system. I can within the old product set the telnet port to some thing other then 23. So i can tunnel that port through F-secure. The reason I am looking at your product is that the old KEA will not run on XP 64 bit, but your product will and I need a replacement. |

posted September 16, 2005 9:23 AM Under Session Properties, there is a "Telnet" tab. That tab is the place where you set the address and port. |

posted September 16, 2005 9:36 AM Thanks, I just throught that you had to select one of the options, not just type in the port number you need to use. |
