I am creating a Flash Socket Server using the VB.NET sample as a guide. As I am adding references to the new project, I found all the Dart references except AxDartServer. Can anyone tell me where to find that in the Add References dialog? It doesn't seem to be with the other Dart modules... Thanks!!!!

That's the wrapper that VB.NET creates when you insert a Dart Server control on a form. To get it, add the control to your toolbar, then drag and drop it onto your form.

It depends on the version of Visual Studio .NET that you have:

Visual Studio .NET :
1) With the Form activated in the designer, right click the "General" tab of your toolbox
2) Select "Customize ToolBoox"
3) Select the "COM Components" tab
4) Select the "Dart Server Control"
5) Press "OK"

Visual Studio .NET 2003:
1) With the Form activated in the designer, right click the "General" tab of your toolbox
2) Select "Add/Remove Items"
3) Select the "COM Components" tab
4) Select the "Dart Server Control"
5) Press "OK"

Visual Studio .NET 2005:
1) With the Form activated in the designer, right click the "General" tab of your toolbox
2) Select "Choose Items"
3) Select the "COM Components" tab
4) Select the "Dart Server Control"
5) Press "OK"

If you get an error related to "Invalid Primitive Type" then you need to get this hotfix:

For Framework 1.0 (All OS):

http://www.dart.com/downloads/mshotfixes/NDP1.0sp3-KB887813-X86-Enu.exe

For Framework 1.1 (All OS except Server 2003):

http://www.dart.com/downloads/mshotfixes/NDP1.1sp1-KB886802-X86.exe

For Framework 1.1 (Server 2003 only):

http://www.dart.com/downloads/mshotfixes/WindowsServer2003-KB886802-x86-enu.exe

If you do all of these things and you are still having trouble, please create a new thread (as opposed to adding to this old one) that details all the steps you have taken and the exact error messages that get.
