I have a VB 6 application that previously used the Inet Transfer control included with VB.

I purchased the DartWeb control and replaced the Inet control with DartWeb (no other modifications were made to the software).

We're dynamically loading multiple copies of the control, and using non-blocking to access multiple websites simultaneously.

After replacing the Inet control with the DartWeb control, we're getting a lot of our users reporting Windows crashes when using our app. The crashes all mention ntdll.dll as the problem. Other users are reporting crashes of our app with no error messages at all.

And, a number of our users are not having any problems at all.

Since the only change made to the software was using the DartWeb control, that's the only thing we can think of that could be causing the problem.

Does anyone have any insight to this problem?

We are installing both DartWeb.dll and DartSock.dll in our installer. The DartWeb version is 1.8.1.0 and the DartSock version is 2.8.2.2.

It could be anything. If you can find a way to duplicate the crash at will, please let us know and we will do what we can to fix it quickly.
