posted April 25, 2005 11:44 AM Hi, I am using the Server Tool and the FTP Tool. All is fine if the FTP Server is not behind the router. When its sitting behind the router it connects, creates a directory and an empty file with zero bytes. So it seems like there is some settings issue. The empty file is the right name of the file being sent. it just simply empty. I have tried this on another computer and I have the same problem. Thanks, Bill |

posted April 25, 2005 12:05 PM We'd need to see some diagnostics (like trace logs) to troubleshoot this. Please send a report to support@dart.com instead of the forum. Make sure that you include the serial numbers that you have for the two tools. |
