I have to zip some datafiles through an MFC program. Some of the files may be in use by the program while it's running. Although, Quickzip method is working properly, when I try to use FileStore object (I have to span disks if user chooses an external drive), FileStore->Add method is issuing warnings and does not continue with the FileStore->Zip method at all. I ordered the tool dalready on Apr 8th thinking that it would work. I'd appreciate your prompt reply.

Thanks,
Ruchika.

Warnings do not necessarily mean that the operation failed. If the error is of type "zipWarning" then it means the operation completed but there were some warnings issued during the process.

To see this in a working example, take a look at the "FileSearch" sample.
