One of our customers have problems using our product, which includes your zip component (1.8.1.0) to unzip some gzip files and they receive the dreaded 13001 error.

They sent us a sample which opens fine in WinZip but generates the error when trying to unzip with Quickunzip.

The sample file we have now is about 20 MB, is there any good way of submitting it to your support?

The files have been gzipped on some Unix system and I will submit more details when we get hold of them.

Our SW tries unzipping with both the standard and Unix format settings.

Thanks,
BSV

Can you send it to support@dart.com? We won't block an email of that size.

If your server blocks it, can you put it somewhere for us to FTP it?

I have now emailed it.
Should be there within the hour as our office connection is only 512 kbit.
But we have no mail server limits.

Thanks,
BSV

Did it get through yet?
I have not seen any bounce messages...

Did you use the same address that you use here? If so, nothing has come through. The last email we got from you was Oct of 2003.

Never mind. I found it. It has a virus in it. Not sure if I can get it or not.

Is it possible that is your whole problem?

I've duplicated the problem and recorded it as issue #3102. If you need more info on resolution of the problem, please contact David Harry (sales@dart.com)
