I am currently using your IMAP-control, and I am trying to: 1) List all unseen mails *without* \seen being set. 2) Read a mail from the list *and* get the partlist: imap.AttachmentDirectory = sTemp imap.Mailboxes(Me.MailBox).Search "UNSEEN", msgset If msgset <> "" Then imap.Mailboxes(Me.MailBox).Get imapGetPreview, msgset End If Then using the msgid I want to read: imap.mailboxes(me.mailbox).get imapgetcontent,msgid --> Partlist is empty. The ONLY way I can get it to work(that is, get a nonempty partlist) is using "imapgetcontent" both places, and then the \seen flag is set on the server. - Janus74 |

posted March 30, 2005 7:38 AM That's because once you get part of the message, it's been 'seen'. That's the whole point of the flag. |
