Set the attachment directory property to the directory where you want the attachment to be stored, then retrieve the message. The attachment will be stored in the directory.

If I have set directory as below:

Pop1.AttachmentDirectory = AttachDir
SaveSetting APP_NAME, "Settings", "AttachDir", AttachDir

How I get the file? Is it
Pop1.Get msgContent
Msg.Store()
How I know the attchment file name, and where is the link?

Take a look at the PopClient sample.
The form "Message.frm" shows you everything you need to know.

When you open a message all the parts are listed in the listbox. If you click a part that is an attachment, the text display shows where the attachment was saved.
