Dear support team,

I'm developing with vc6 and now I think I've found an error occuring with your latest release. I get Mails in files of Standard-EML Type, just given another extension.

After loading those mails I can see all is loaded correctly by calling the GetContent function.

But when I try to access the data of an attachment either via PutFile or GetData of the part containing the attachment I just get an empty file or buffer.

I will send you the belonging file via mail.

Best Regards

Dear support team,

when creating the requested test project in vb I discovered that when calling the data element (even in vb) the data is not stored to the requested text variable but to a file located in the local directory.

That is not acceptable!

I do not want a file created when all I want is data transfered into a buffer.

That seems to be some problem I never understood in the past when working with your tool.

At least it should be clear that a file is created but not a hint of this is given anywhere in your documentation.

I hope you can at least tell me how to avoid this.

Best Regards

Ok, thanks that was my problem.

Though I read and implemented it the Attachment directory was not correctly initialized in my app.

But I'm still testing to be shure.

Thanks for your quick help!

Best Regards
