posted February 24, 2005 2:54 PM I have a VB 6 project using the Service control that does not start under Windows Server 2003 running Terminal Services. This same project starts fine under Server 2000 and under Server 2003 when not running as a service. The only error I am receiving is that the service failed to start within a reasonable time. I have already tried using the DartService.dll from the 10/22/2004 update to the Server tool. |

posted February 24, 2005 3:01 PM Set the service up so that it is allowed to interact with the desktop, started manually. Then login and start the service. Something should appear that tells you what's up. |
