I have an install program (Install Shield). It installs fine on Windows 98, but when I try to install it on an NT (Chinese), it gives an error saying it could not register the webdart.dll.

What's with that and how can I try to install this file manually?

Hi Cam,
You can register it manually with regsvr32, but there should also be no problem registering with an installation utility like InstallShield.
Please see the Distribution section of the help file for more info.

when using installshield should the dart*.dlls be put into the "Windows System Shared Files" or "Windows System Self-Reg Shared Files"?

Hi,
The Self-Reg option looks correct to me.
