posted December 23, 2004 9:03 AM If i create a new project and add the licenses.licx file to that, then i couldn't compile the project any more. Errormessage: the license file 'licenses.licx' could not be converted into binary resources. The object reference was not specified on an object instance. |

posted December 23, 2004 5:04 PM Hi, What do the contents of your licx file look like? Are you sure there is a license or trial license installed on the machine you are compiling on? Thanks, -ken |

posted December 27, 2004 1:21 AM A full license is installed, in the PowerTCP Registration the serial, registration and Key is shown. In the licx file is the following entry: Dart.PowerTCP.Ftp.Ftp, Dart.PowerTCP.Ftp, Version=2.2.5.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=5966291b8955e4bb |

posted December 27, 2004 11:51 AM Hi, What if you modify the licx so it looks like: Dart.PowerTCP.Ftp.Ftp, Dart.PowerTCP.Ftp And then Rebuild (not Build or Start!) the Project (not Solution!)? Do you still see the problem? Do you have problems with new windows app Projects where the component is simply placed on a form? Thanks, -ken |
