You probably are not distributing and registering DartSock.dll and DartWeb.dll. Please see "Distribution" in the Online Help for details.

SORRY
The error message still here.
We cannot release our application on other PC with win98 or win2000. Is it the registration problem of DartSock.dll and DartWeb.dll? But we'hv tried the "regsvr32 DartWeb.dll" command in DOS. Can you tell me the procedure of dll registation? Thank you Tony.

You should register both DartWeb.dll and DartSock.dll just like you did:

regsvr32 DartWeb.dll
regsvr32 DartSock.dll

You should not get an error message when you do this.

The other possibilty here is framework service packs. Is it possible the develoment machine has a lower level framework service pack then the server?

If the server had Framework 1.0 SP3 or Framework 1.1 SP1 installed, then you are encountering the interop error that Microsoft just introduced. There should be a hotfix for that coming out soon. When it does, I'll post here.
