Anyone know this error? What system is reporting the error and why?
I expect that it is the IIS FTP server that closes the connection for some reason. Maybe it really is a timeout when sending large files?

Yes, it means that the server closed the connection for some reason. At exactly what point does it occur? What method call caused it? Can you duplicate with our samples?

I'm not sure at what point it's happening, other than it happens on a FTP PUT operation.
I'm uploading rather large files.

Please let me know if you can isolate it down to a specific set of steps, otherwise I would tend to blame your internet connection or the server.
